@@Josef_Stylin it’s always been poisonous, do not bake it or fry it either. They are ignorant you no longer have that luxury. No need to experiment on yourself I have spoken truth.
Only problem with that is Greek yogurt is probiotic and honey is an antibiotic. You essentially kill all of the bacteria columns in the yogurt. Tastes amazing tho
@@CJmakesspedmemesflavored yogurt is just as bad as getting fake/processed honey. Contains way too much ADDED sugar. Added sugar also defeats the benefits of the probiotics in the yogurt.
You can eat whatever you want if weight loss is the goal you just have to figure out how many calories your body needs to maintain and eat less of them. Diets never seemed logical to me and I lost 60 pounds and I've kept it off by eating what I want but just much smaller portions and eventually you barely need anything to feel satisfied compared to before at least. Weight loss is a math problem at the end of the day but you still need nutrition whether it's supplements or natural your body can't tell the difference though and I think it's easier for me to take supplements rather than try and find all the different foods I'd need to get everything
If Santa Cruz Medicinals has million fans, then I'm one of them. If Santa Cruz Medicinals has one fan, then I'm THAT ONE. If Santa Cruz Medicinals has no fans, that means I'm dead.
You can also use honey for rooting certain plants, works pretty well, plus it creates a barrier around it. Rooting hormones will wash away. I use honey. But I do have root hormones just incase
I use it for Hair Masks ❤ i also swear by it for my many recent diagnosises of Lupus, Sjorens Fibromyalgia and Muscular Gland Disease . Thank You for the video
I think it’s Manuka honey that holds the wound healing benefits, if I’m not mistaken, not just any honey you find at the store, not to say there is not any medicinal purposes for local honey.
I use honey for everything that it makes sense with, granola, oatmeal, bars whatever I think would benefit of a little sweetness I use it for. S teir food
I work construction and pretty long shifts here in Miami. I use a raw honey called “Really Raw Honey.” Has bee pollen and all the goodies. I’ll grab a fresh naranja agria (sour orange), 2 oranges, a mandarin, pinch of sea salt, tablespoon of raw honey, and water. Mix it all up in a 12 ounce mason jar and I slam that on break at work. Hydrates me immensely and it’s like a natural Gatorade.
Any honey that you see on the shelf was made from farmed California bees who get force migrated every year. It will not help you with your allergies. If you or a neighbor puts out a box to catch, then the resulting honey may help with allergies as they pollinate from the local flowers
i used to have allergies, once i started using that norcal raw honey i never had allergies ever again. i like to have a tablespoon in the morning, put it in my smoothies, tea, and oatmeal.
Honey + turmeric + olive oil is the best face mask. I started doing it once a week or two, my skins been glowing for years. Earth always provides the best things for us, i'm so grateful
I noticed that honey helps A LOT with allergies. My dad brought some from a local farm and it had the same if not better results than medication. But that’s my anecdotal experience but it’s def worth a try
I like to fry my steak marinated in soy sauce and honey sometimes, when I get tired of eating it salty. Or i use it in my butter chicken with greek youghurt, milk, soy sauce and canned tomatoes
honestly i just put a teaspoon of red40 and high fructose syrups, in a cup of hydrogenated seed oils whenever im sick, and it helps me with my sickness.
You will not get pure honey in any American big box store; no matter what the label says. Every state has their own criteria about what qualifies as raw, organic or free range. Remember almost all of these brands on American big store shelves are owned by a handful of big corporations. A small framer is never going to be able to afford getting a spot on these shelves.
Me personally I like to make my face masks out of red 40, high fructose corn syrup, processed seed oils, and artificial flavoring. It really helps with my acne.
Yes but honey is mostly in Plastic and we all know plastic is bad to buy anything in. Buy Honey from a local Bee Keeper in glass for best Honey and make sure to ask if anywhere in a 10 mi radius do they spray glyphosate(roundup). That is because if anywhere in a 10 mile radius there is glyphosate sprayed on any crops or plants the bees will pollinate those plants and the glyphosate will be in the honey. That is so bad for the body.
