물을 부어서 냉각을 시키면 강의 분자배열이 변형 되면서 조밀육방격자의 형태로 변한다, 즉 말해서 탄성이 높아지며 충격에 약한 강으로 변하는 것이다. 700도로 가열후에 기름으로 풀림작업이 필요할듯...

That is not oil it's molasses which is the binder they use it help to make sand hold to the walls of the molding flask effectively

@@Hafadhafad-z6pYou can get Molasses from a sugar factory it is one of the products they get sugar production process. There are other alternative binders which you can use like bentonite, Sodium silicate which needs Carbon dioxide gas. Which metal are you planning to cast ?.
