Hi Renee' I saw your video where you changed your cam lights and put those sticky pads on your carpet in front of your door. Well, immediately I went to Amazon to order them. When they came I was so excited. I put them on a sweet rug I bought with Owls on it for the floor in front of my kitchen sink. They are GREAT!! No moving that rug back in place any more!! Thanks for that tip. I also would like to get those lights for our kitchen. I have a similar problem as you have and want to update. I think our lights are wider than 5 or 6" though. Need my hubby to measure them. Will be buying them also if we can use that size. Love, love, love the phone umbrella, only thing I wonder, can you take photos with your camera if that umbrella is attached??? Thanks for your great tips. Oh, and don't know if I ever told you that I bought the foam pillows for our bed and LOVE them. Thank you!😊

Renee that light for the tiny bugs is just what I need!! I have a gorgeous fruit bowl that I love keeping filled with apples, plums, peaches, nectarines etc but once that weather gets warm forget it! Fruit fly city drives me nuts!! Have to keep fruit in refrigerator and I can’t stand cold fruit lol. You solved my dilemma thank you! Have a beautiful Memorial Day weekend! 🐶 🐶🌺🌸💕

Gnats and fruit flies drive me nuts! And seriously, none of those remedies with vinegar or such actually work. I've tried them all! Last summer, I bought a crate of fresh peaches and we had fruit flies EVERYWHERE! I was at my wits end until I found this light....and it worked soooo well!! I love checking it in the morning to see how many bugs I caught during the night 😁

I tried it last summer. Pour baking soda into your sink...& then chase it with Pine Sol. Let it bubble up & leave it for about an hour. Your gnats will be gone. They lay their eggs in the sink, that's why it's hard to get rid of them. It worked great. One application...& they were gone. 👍👏😊 Love the trash can for your car. 👍👏 I love the cellphone umbrella.

Hi! I just bought a big pot on Amazon (waiting for it to arrive) so that I can elevate the olive tree a bit more. The tree comes in several different heights...and I purchased the 6ft. Probably needed the 7ft but the pot will fix this for me :)

You can elevate easily by putting in a larger pot, and filling bottom with expanding spray foam to depth of your choice, fill rest of pot with medium of your choice

Great tried-and-true gadgets thanks to you! Def getting the Gnat catcher (our gnats seem to be in attack mode all the time) and mosquito repellent. We don't have a pool but do have a nice patio with a swing and umbrellas (yrs I got them last year after you showed them here!). I can't see my phone outside either, even under the umbrella. I immediately ordered the rug grippers. I've been using a super sticky double sided tape made for this purpose, but it leaves a sticky residue on surface when taking up to wash rug and I'd have to use goo gone to take it off, so these will be great. And the bug light will solve another of my problems. The old standby apple cider vinegar and dish soap in a bowl thing never really worked that well. You give the best tips! Laurie

You will love the rug grippers! I don't like rug tape either because of the mess it leaves....and over time it comes loose anyway. I can't stand it when my rug moves around...and the rug grippers are perfect!

There were a few things I'm going to try! The rug stickies to hold the corners down. I've tried so many types that haven't worked. The light for killing fruit flies! Amazing. Also the mosquito rings. I have a potted garden right outside my front door. Always fighting bugs!

Great ideas Renee! My favorite is the little car trash can!! I ALWAYS have a plastic sandwich bag in my car & have put my trash in that BUT I'm going to now buy that little trash can. What a fabulous idea! AND I have to say I do like the bug dunk..I have beautiful plants in my house & "did" have an issue w/gnats. I bought these sticky gnat traps & put sand on the top of the soil. @@WELCOMETOMYCURLS UPDATE: yesterday (Memorial Day), our skimmer basket handles came and my Husband installed them. Now I will finally empty the skimmer baskets. Way too many times I’ve seen my Husband reach in to touch a frog or a mole. NO thank you lol. Now I will have no problem doing that task. Also yesterday I received the umbrella for my phone. My 24 year old daughter was hysterical when she saw me outside with that. She immediately sent a pic of me with it to my other kids and said is Mommy kidding me lol?? Great finds Renee!!

I like the bug plug in. I have a Katchy pot from Amazon and it works great. In one week I killer 49 mosquitoes. Works on same premise as the plug in.

We had to buy a Katchy too a few years ago. The amount of gnats we had one summer was staggering and I couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. I eventually found a bag on the pantry shelf with a rotten potato in it! The culprit! I always keep extra sticky pads on hand just in case!

@WELCOME TO MY CURLS do not have any plans, in fact I didn't really realize this was Memorial day weekend until everyone was talking about it & I looked at the calendar - oh yeah, it is that time. Time goes by so fast anymore it is hard to keep track. Have fun with your family & enjoy that pool!!!

I liked them all. The celling up grade was the best. It sure made your celling look so nice but the umbrella is an answer to the cell phone problem. I was taking pictures outside could I see what I was doing NO. So im looking into getting one for my phone. Forgot about the trash holder for your car. I usually throw mine in my purse. Don't like trash in my car so this will be handy.

I want to ask you about the bed pillows.. I looked on Amazon they have so many, but that kind you like ,are they like rubber, it's hard to put my words together .. (cheom is really bad) I will have that kind of treatment again,,I'll chose hospice,, plus I'm old & healing ....anyway I love your channel but it you get time let me know what name the pillow u brought.. thank you my bed has always been my comfort ,plus my tub & all kinds of beautiful scents of bubble bath.. thank you for all you do, I have got many things that you recommend..

I’m having to use closed captioning of your video so I know I’m repeating or saying what you already know, I’m sorry. Summit mosquito dunks are amazing. I also use the same brand mosquito bits. Soak about 3T of bits in about 2 cups water for 24hrs. Add about 3T - 4T of liquid to one gallon water and water plants to kill fungus gnats larvae. If you water plants with it the first or second watering you won’t get any but if you already have an infestation water plants with it at least once a week. It’ll take a couple weeks to kill them. It’s a bacteria as you said so I believe it’s safe for edible plants. To verify, do some research before using on edibles. I only grow pollinator flowers and it doesn’t affect them or birds. The dunks are safe for birdbaths and They’re mhfor 30 water uses. If they sit in water for 30 days then change them out but if the creek dries out or where ever they’re placed & gets wet only 1 once a week and dries out then it’ll last up to 30 weeks. Great of you to share your finds.

I actually tried that....but the lamp looked so small behind the couch. And with the new chandelier that provides full room light if needed, I went with the olive tree.

I am old school And just put a paper bag behind the passenger seat, and dump it every now and then, Mind you its always paper not fast food containers You know what I mean, I'm the only one using my car, Easy peasy, haha. 4-11-2024 😀
