Hey Nadine I'm so glad you played Holi in limited group and enjoyed it. That is how we Indians celebrate Holi with family and friends. As foreigners are not aware that many people are drunk on this day , some people may experience unpleasant experience of Holi. Please tell your followers to play Holi with limited group /private party or Indian family.

Thats the mens outfit which u are wearing. One thing more playing holi in streets is not advisable, people are insanely drunk. U can play holi in a temple or with family and friends or in a community. I dont like when foreigners play holi in streets and have some bad experience, and say shit about my country.

Seemed very touristy...only tourists and not many Indians. Nate and Kara's Holi celebration was much more authentical. What a pity (even if it seems fun).

Couple things to note, we were in New Delhi and we were warned about playing Holi on the streets that as foreigners you get targeted by drunk groups of men and get eggs, dirty water and aggressive colours thrown at you. We choice to play holi in a more safe environment instead of being subjected to that. Where Kara and Nate played could have been different, but that was the reality for us in Delhi, India’s largest city. There’s always a fine line between safety and authenticity, and if you where in our shoes I’m sure you’d see the options and make similar choices as well. Also, we played with an Indian family did you not see? Plus half the festival was locals .... just different ways

Definitely true, when I was in Delhi (in the center) during Holi, there were only Indians around, and I was followed by sooo many Indian men trying to throw as much stuff at me as possible. In the beginning fun, but after a while very overwhelming

Kara and nate are idiots. They should have asked suggestion from Indian people before this India trip. They did all things in India on their own. Just check their videos and compare with any other foreign vloggers India tour , Kara and Nate's videos are very poor. Even ordinary Indian like me don't play Holi with strangers on street , don't travel the way Kara and nate travelled. And if you want to celebrate some Indian festival in India then you should celebrate Diwali in India certainly not Holi.

Multiple Myeloma I think you're being quite harsh, yes maybe they shouldn't have gone where they did for that particular event. But to say that all their videos are poor in response is false in my opinion. Maybe you haven't seen all their videos, or only a few of their older videos. They have been traveling for 2 years straight, and have amazing videos. Majority of the time, they have local guides with them and showing them places. I watch many RU-vid travel vloggers, and in my opinion they are in my top 5 with Nadine.
