Hi 😊 I think it’s hard to compare the two because they’re so different! I feel that Masato is a lot more traditional. The food looks simpler and Masato-san focuses more on the techniques used for each ingredient, rice, temperature etc. While at Tomi Omakase the food and the vibe feels more modern. They focus on delivering super premium ingredients. Yuki-san uses some modern/western techniques but still stay very true to the Japanese taste, just more modernised. I honestly love the food at both places! I can say that as for the restaurant atmosphere it feels more luxurious at Tomi while at Masato it’s more casual (but still very high end). So it depends on what you like! I hope this helps 😊
