Today I’m sharing how I transformed this bookshelf into something I’m completely obsessed with! I can’t stop looking at it. Watch as I sand it and remove the old wallpaper, try faux beadboard for the first time, and turn this into the gorgeous bookshelf of my dreams!

Looks great! I've found that applying paint with a good brush and then follow up with a foam roller (if not using a sprayer) gets the most perfect and streak-less finished product. It also requires less manual back and forth than just using a roller with nap.

Thanks for the info! A foam roller is a good idea for a smooth finish. I'm hoping to invest in a sprayer before I do another project this big! 🤗🤞

@@AnastasiaDesigns local city or your town Square and they have those little tiny books stores and that’s where you can get them for like really cheap and make sure they’re hardback like leather bound where you can take jacket off. It always looks so much better. I’m sure you know.
