The deidcation to how long the fried Eggrise is roasted is amazing. Only downer are the Prawns. For my tasting the need to be fried with spices upfront to get them crispy. I dont like them like that because they gettin kind of jellyesk. But that is just my taste.
Idk if it’s done that way where he lives but he’s smashing the heck out of egg and rice making the consistency way to grainy, eggs are not supposed to disappear in the egg fried rice… and yeah no seasoning..
I need a bigger badder kitchen with this stove ……!!! This looks like such a joy to cook amazing meals for friends have the right stuff to do this kind of cooking besides owning a restaurant 😂👍🏽
