As some who eats and enjoys meat, these videos are still an inspiration to me. When I was younger I actively avoided vegetables and fruits and just ate "crap" basically. Since growing up and watching videos like this and reading articles. I have 5 different types of vegetables every evening with my main meal and I eat fruit throughout the day. Sometimes, meat is omitted from the meal because it just isn't relevant too. I feel healthier and stronger and better. So anyone watching this as a carnivore and wondering why this should apply to you, you should be using spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits to accompany your meal because it really does make a difference to the flavours and to your body!

Nice...will have to find time to watch the rest...been going to Phx Public Market since it opened...Fyi, Noble Eatery actually closed their McDowell location in early January & moved further up north to a larger venue off Campbell & 24th--finally with some expanded hours I believe as well (weren't previously open on weekends). Great place...as is St. Francis.
