Amazing Finale! Flaws, Weakness, and Special - Dangers in my Heart Episode 25 Reaction 

The Dangers In My Heart, Apothecary Diaries, Frieren, we got spoiled with top tier anime these seasons.

As a manga reader, I think the cram school sign was a nice touch of foreshadowing.

When Ichikawa said "I (really) am messed up in the head"... That is literally the very 1st sentence of Ep1 S1, it is how this anime started, and for a moment I thought they were gonna end it with that same sentence... I was about to cry, but I cried just later on instead... Absolutely beautiful anime!!

I have no friends in my daily life that can watch anime and discuss it. These reaction videos kinda fill that roll for me. So, thank you.

What I love about this series is, like you said, it portrays WHY Yamada and Ichikawa would like each other. We get to see them both grow, both as individuals and growing closer to each other. I love that the series focuses on their flaws and weaknesses, along with showing them both doing what they can to be better people. I love that all of that progression is done before they ever start dating. That allows us to see why they would actually make a great couple. This series is a slow burn, and I love it so much. It took two seasons to get to the confession scenes, and it was so worth it. Both confession scenes were so GREAT. It focused both on admitting their feelings and talking about how they have changed as people for the better. I am sure it will be a while before we get a third season, but this will be a series that I will be rewatching and re-reading. :) this is easily one of my favorite romance series.

Can I just pause a second to say how much I appreciate how you take the story seriously as a well crafted piece of art. In a genre that has a LOT of shallow garbage, this anime and manga is something special. Norio sensei is a great storyteller and the animation studio, soundtrack composer, everyone, just hit this out of the park.

I loved that the karte now has a white background.

I hope there can be other animes which can provide a great romance like this. Definitely one of my all time favorites. Thank you for your commentary

Literally peak, and the best romance manga/anime ever since.

Really enjoyed your early breakdown about how this is one of the only romance anime that nail the reasons why the two leads like each other. There are lots of other romances that can have cute moments between the leads for one reason or another, but 99.9% of them don't get into the "psychology" of why the two like or love each other. That detail is really what sets this anime above so many peers. I could tell you exactly what one sees in the other.

I wish the mangaka did a spin off for the sister, she's so cool. It can be focus on her life as an adult and dealing with work, responsibilities, helping his brother, etc

Really sad the crunchyroll anime awards are not gonna appreciate, dangers in my heart, frieren, ragna crimson, bleach and more😢

I hope we get a season 3, i see alot of people saying they want a season 3, although we may not get it until like 2026. Loved the ending scene, it pulled on my heart strings. Amazing anime.

Man i really hope we get a 3rd season but yeah this was an immaculate coming of age love story conclusion. Truly masterful. While i don't enjoy manga in general i might actually check this one out. 10/10

It sits right now at #23 on MAL. Wish it would get higher then Love is War. I never bothered to finish that series, but Danger in my Heart is a much better romance.

I don't think they'll miss the chance of making a season 3. BokuYaba performed very well financially according to TV Asahi, one of its producers. It's definitely the source material not enough to make another cour of a season the most probable reason there isn't a season 3 announcement yet.

Some manga readers were a bit disappointed/confused with last episode because they shuffled some stuff around (like people expecting Ichikawa confession at the end of last episode). But I knew the anime adaptation would smooth things out to make it better for the anime with season finale climax. It's the anime adaptation that usually elevates the source material to help make this romance series feel so special for the big moments. 👌

I would love to see Dangers do what Love Chunibyo did. They did like an OVA where they show the story from Rikka's point of view. Also, I swear, Dangers is just a different way of retelling of the story of The Tiger's Whisker. Sometimes some people you have go slow and be patient to help them go at their own pace. That takes a lot of love to accomplish. In fact, Anne has compaired Kyo to a kitten on more than a few occasions. After all a tiger is just an over grown cat. So I do suspect that the author was actually did that on purpose because he could have Anne talking about a stray dog because she has a dog not to mention the doggo key chains.

Best Romance (ive watch 900 animes animelist/SuimenNoTsuki) anime of all time ever i witness. This is the most difficult or just impossible task to do a better one. Now 3 Season!. The face were she does on the start after trying to kiss him was a rejected one xD Actually she was pissed off in this moment. Probably. This anime is rly danger in our heart. The Manga doesnt end actually and is ongoing

Man I agree. I wanted a full on proper kiss at the end. we're most likely not going to get a season 3. and a full kiss would have been the perfect ending to the show.

I didn't expect this show to reach this level of sublime in s2. S1 was good but only a little different from other romcoms. But... Holy Smokes! Season 2 has hit it out of the park Every Single Episode! It hit Kaguya-sama S3 levels of Romcom awesome for me (and I consider Kaguya-sama the GOAT). The character development, animation, story, and music are beautiful! What Yamada and Ichikawa learn about one another and, more importantly, what they learn about themselves is so rarely touched on in these types of shows. While it'll be a bit before we see a season 3 (hopefully?) even just ending it here works fine. Norio-sensei has really shown us that she's in this for the long-haul, and that their romance is a slow-burn one. The awkward ending, where they couldn't quite get the kiss right, was super on-brand for both of them... and honestly, I much preferred the pace they were going with their relationship as opposed to other romance shows that try to speedrun that kiss and shock factor. It might be another 1-2 years of a wait if they ever decide to continue adapting the series... but after reading through the most recent chapters, all I can say is that Yamada is just wildin' and Norio-sensei is just cooking up a feast for all the fans of the series. It's gonna be tough finding another romance anime that could potentially come close to this one, in the next year or two... or at least until they manage to have enough of the source material for a season 3!

I think we can be confident for a third season. However it will take some time. There is one element in this episode which makes the link with the sequel… But I won’t say more, no spoilers. Anyway, not adapting the next chapters would be a crime 😭!

Don't be too hard on our kids about messing up the kiss. Read the manga or wait for an eventual S3 in about 2 years, but their first kiss is probably the best one I've seen in romance manga and it definitely needed an arc of its own. It's literally perfect.

That ending awww I wish it was more open ended so a season 3 would be more definitive.

If this is the ending of the series i wish they would have done more. This anime has an elevation factor and while the ending was very good i just wish it could've elevated to greatness. Go past the usual 23.00min mark to show more of them show future stills of them in high school proposing getting married ect. I think that wouldve propelled this anime into best of all time.

Wiki said we might have to wait atleast 1.5 years for more manga volumes to come out. I donno. heh It is a great ending. Anime of the year!. I'll miss it each week.

I wouldn't be surprised since Yamada was the one who confessed love for him for first. I wouldn't be surprised if she's the one who ends up proposing marriage first with the engagement ring and Yamada on one knee

Dude, Kingdom this season was almost as good as Frieren for me. if you even have a slight bit of curiosity about warfare, it's a must watch. It's like deathnote brain battle, but no cringe, but in warfare. lol Frieran was something else man!!! Probably the best anime ever. I still think AOT tops it for me at least, but that's personal opinion, and it may change with frieran season 2. Dude, BTW, why you never cover pop shonen? Are you trying to niche your channel or you just don't care about pop?

Amazing finale and great 2nd season overall imho. I liked that Kyo and Anna have finally said how they feel about each other and agreed to start dating. I believe you're right that the story could end here, but I'm hoping for more anime content whether that be more seasons or films--and hopefully whatever studio ends up adapting said continuation, whether that be the current studio Shin-Ei Animation or someone else, gets enough time and budget to do as good a job producing it as Shin-Ei has done for the first two seasons.
