This album was one of the first cassette tapes I owned. I bought this and Nirvana's "In Utero" on the same day. This album still holds up, though I'm not so crazy about most of their stuff after "Ixnay."

This song and video really take me back to the ‘90s. There were a lot of tracks coming out with those themes- low self-esteem, feeling bad about yourself. It was just a period where people were writing deeper lyrics about real life issues.

One of them more famous ones is called “ I want you bad” and another one is “ why don’t you get a job?” those are both fantastic songs by them. I tried to buy this album when it 1st came out. It had explicit lyrics so the dbag clerk wouldn't sell it to me. (He was just doing his job). I ran into my cousin's fiance in the mall. We walked right back in the store and she bought it for me with me standing right next to her 😂
