@@TheBullsGardenI love cashew squash!! you can use them anyway you use butternut pumpkin,acorn,etc! my mother would bake them,with butter,spice like cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, whatever your taste,and sprinkle brown sugar on. you can steam,or fry,etc!
