I use a Table spoon of bee pollen in my daily smoothy and in my chocolate sesemie treats (half cup per batch), my own recipe not to be found on the internet!! cheers all.

I add bee pollen to my morning coffee. One tea spoon with both cup. Of you do it this way be sure to stir a bit more. You’ll see the cloudiness in the coffee from the bee pollen when its dispersed.
put a Table spoon full into your smoothy....just a hint of sweetness but not enough to kick in your insulin. Been using it since the start of 2024. I see it as my multivitaman and mineral supplement. No need to by those at the pharmacy.
