a. Our team will develop an artistic impression (thanks to our consultants - Aivory Architects and Engineers Limited )for your desired future home i.e.
i. number of bedrooms.
ii. design outlook.
b. We then cost this design (i.e. develop Bills of Quantities) including fees to get construction permits.
c. You decide whether to either build the shell first, partial build (for those that wish to complete the project while living on site) or complete the entire project.
