I think the three guys dancing with the rods were just one guy with puppets attached to the rods. The legs are too skinny for them to be real people. I have a feeling the guy on the trampoline is double jointed in his wrists and arms. I'm the same way, the part at the end where he was able to move his arm and wrist in sync to keep the cup still.

Yeah being able to go side to side like that on a long board is impressive and not to fall or turn by mistake is so hard. Skaters make it look easy but when an average person steps on a board they typically fall pretty fast without even trying a trick
