серьезно, что ли? Всю эту работу (за искл ковки болванок, конечно же) может сделать станок с ЧПУ. Быстрее, качественнее и с меньшими допусками. Забавно смотреть, но не более. Это практически рабский труд.

What I don't understand, why they don't use desks. They have to pick up the shaft after every step, when they drop it to the floor.

Because that is typical for how many work and manufactire things in india. On the floor, often ussing there feet to hold things. Also they often work on 1 thing today, another tomorow and the floor is made of dirt or scal it ain't easy to move stuff around on such a floor. It is just how stuff is done over there. Kind of like working bended over is normalised in western workplaces.

Desks cost is more than caliber and they don't have caliber! They use eyes and meter for measures as they use launch and floor as desk!!! After the process this parts have 1000 dents from bumps.

They're running their furnace too rich and too high a blower speed. If it was set correctly there should only be small licks of flame around the opening. I can understand that labor is cheap that's why the waste so much of it, but fuel is expensive. You would think they would try to avoid wasting it.
