There's nothing that shouts quality more than seeing freshly machined precision parts sat on the floor in a dirty great pile of dirt. I like the precision grinding, half that surface was perfect, don't worry about the half it missed precision is flexible like that, near enough is good enough.
This type of viewpoint is why manufacturing has fled from the safety conscious West & and why, in turn, those new 'service' economies are going bust laden with debt!

Splined part on the cylindrical grinder is running at least 0.25mm out of truth when a wide tolerance for that operation would have been 0.025mm so not good, that item will quickly cause it's bearings to fail in service. The standard of machining seen in this video is generally horrible..
It is dirty or clean? Doesn't matter, just tell that the parts they are producing work or not? Replace of machines cost tons of money, Talk some things is very easy.
