Nope because the look at the "spirit of the play". No player would shoot a half court shot unless time was winding down. If he was within his normal shooting range, the might have gave it to him.

It's always bothered me that rule is "If it's touching you." The rule should be just like foul ruling "If you are in shooting motion."

Dwayne Casey is not known for his after timeout plays... I can understand if you are Brad Stevens, Pop or Doc Rivers, you call that timeout... but if you are the raptors and all you do is iso plays... just let them run it out...
