I guess so. But out all of those 4 stars, only Diona is an actual healer that requires burst. The rest (Noelle, XQ, Dori, Gorou, Benny, Sayu) are secondary healer at most and won't considered as reliable healers anyways.

I find it sus that most of the previous 4 stars in Sumeru more or less kinda suck, but once a new 4 star in Liyue is released, they are often interestingly better than the new ones in the other nation. That, or I might be just overthinking.

Indeed. She isn't broken like some of the launch 4*s but very solid like most of the pre-2.0 4*s who aren't named Xinyan. While the 2.x patch cycle was hit or miss (mostly miss) with 4*s it has only gotten worse since 3.0. Nearly every new 4* is just whale bait that barely functions without multiple constellations. YaoYao is a nice return to sanity.

@@Nowaylarry kuki is a glaring contradiction to basically everything you just wrote. Utterly amazing at c0 and became god tier with dendro release. Tbh I use her more than the OG broken units like fischl and bennett

@@Nowaylarry speaking of which, fischl the original electro archon doesn't become truly amazing until c6. There's nothing wrong with c6 unlocking a major amount of power. Yunjin is another post 3.0 4 star that is incredible at c0, while becoming absolutely amazing at c6. Your generalizations only make sense if you haven't actually played the game and tried out the 4 star chars they've been releasing post 3.0.

@@nojustno3331 Kuki and YunJin both were pre-3.0 and Kuki was very mediocre pre-dendro. She was just a downgrade in taser and was anti-synergistic with overload due to knockback and slow electro application. Dendro brought her up to being one of the best post launch 4*s. That said she really only shines in hyperbloom though that is the best dendro reaction. Yun Jin is very overrated. She is good but really only for Yoimiya. Every other use of her is just a sidegrade or downgrade to other options. That said she is probably the fourth or fifth best post launch 4*. Fischl's c6 is less than a 20% damage increase. Less than 10% in some comps that don't make use of normal attack spam. While it is a solid constellation she is already broken at c0. At least in aggravate or taser comps. I have multiple accounts and have been playing since launch. While I haven't extensively used every 5* in the game I have thoroughly tested every 4* at different levels of investment. My issue isn't with c6 being important constellations for 4*s. My issue is 4*s who are complete wastes of resources without c6. That is just whale bait.

@@ZeroExodus Fr. I freaking love pair them 2 + Zhongli because then Ayato would have high resistance from getting knocked. For healer I use Barbara so yeah. It's a "lazy" team that I use to kill weekly bosses except for the wolf boss so far (havent try yet with Shouki boss). That dude I'd use HuTao's team for him. I call them lazy team because I dont need to dodge and I know the time taken for killing on some bosses would be longer but Im just lazy to bother switching teams frequently haha

@@anyaaa2801 idk it's pretty much 1 to 1 with fischl. Drop your familiar with E and swap out, then burst and become the familiar for a few seconds and repeat. That's basically exactly what fischl does

@@souhilremache8661 Yaoyao won’t do as much offensive damage as Kokomi with the set, but for a healer & dendro applicator role, it’s perfectly fine to use if you don’t want to farm and level up another set.

I can burst every rotation with 150% er on her, maybe it's because I pair her with Nahida
