yah that was the guy who watched the Type 5, solo fight the enemy team. Then when there was nothing left to watch and his mom forget to refill his popcorn, he decided to help... and rolled to his death, just like expected. With out morons like this in the game... it just wouldn't be fun at all.
Today i played WoT since weeks. Whe where joking in chat about the game and talked about the new pach and th8s channel. Now i am chat banned for a day (on EU2) becouse i typed: "Claus for WG president. Lets make this game great again." (Chat)banes are more common now than honest games in WoT. 😁😁😁
And this bush in the first game is very easy to counter when some light tanks from the opposing team rush it. I have so many games that the low middle gound become a very contested teritory.

Yeah. That's how mine started too. I took a break, didn't miss it, and now I haven't played for like 5 years. lol I still watch Claus though too, just because he makes fun of the game and is entertaining to watch. Also reinforces that I made the right choice in leaving all those years ago.
Weather would increase variability. Rain, snow and fog would decrease visibility. A large swirling dust devil randomly moving around dunes would look cool and could act like a moving bush...
To be fair to that AMX M4 [the heavy that was on that ridge] they were top for damage on the team [over 5k dmg and more than the bottom 7 on his team COMBINED] and had 3 kills. So they were definitely putting in work.
@@jgold2813 Uh... NO... Did you even look? The Amx M4 first went to the bridge and defended there. Then, judging by his movements and how things progressed, he fell back to the base to defend it. He kept pinging "SOS" on his way back to the base, most likely trying to get some of those clowns down in the bottom left corner to come and assist. He got into position at 13:56 time mark, and fired his first shot at the 13:58 time mark. You can see how a round came from the top left corner of the video, and hit the enemy AMX M4 54 [ The same one the friendly CC-1 MK 2 and The Type 4 H just shot]. You can see on the screen at 13:59 The type 4 H got credit for spotting for 373 dmg [from friendly TD] AND credit for tracking the enemy for 558 damage. That 558 damage was the AMX M4 54 shooting, no other friendly vehicle could have done it. [Arty would have made an explosion]
That was actually me. I absolutely did my work. I intentionally tried to kill myself, the type 5 player is a known asshole my clan has dealt with before. If I had moved down there I would have died and not been able to give him the assisting damage

Thanks for doing this map. You are right about power creep taking over the game and maps losing their playability as a result of this. How ridiculous is it when the heavy (enter name here) becomes the alpha spotter on a map! Maybe that will be me one day 🙂 I am happy when I have a good game now days. The game mechanics have removed all skill from the game and just created a "Muppet" friendly environment where there are very few good games. Just moments where you get to be top dog. The winning factor doesn't even mean anything when I look at the gameplay needed to win. I find it all laughable, too. That rearward observing, camped out AMX rolling down the hill and showing his butt to the enemy summed it all up for me. Thanks for the laughs.
Most of my highest spotting and assist games are NOT in light tanks. I got over 7k spotting and a tier 7 Eagle....lol Claus didnt show you guys that one. :( but it does exist. And it does happen. I finished a hvy 15 missions buy spotting 4k, damage 4k and blocking 4k. So even in the personal mission they expect you to do spotting in heavies. So spotting in a light tank is easy, compared.
this a corridor map for heavily armoured tanks as oppossed to malinovka/prokorovka, it is what it is yes the balance of spotting bushes could be changed so both sides have an equal advantage and i agree about the imbalance of some maps (mines) but have you tried to design a map? It would interest me as you have a lot of knowledge concerning this game (its your bread and butter so to speak), you could have subs send in maps to see how they would design maps and get others thoughts. you never know someone could get a job at WG as i expect there are some great designers out there and you would get another facet to your channel that might bring more viewers. Just my 2 cents worth I do enjoy your channel so goodluck and keep up the good work
North spawn also has the B3 ridge they can fire from over the bridge, and down to the south west including into H3 AND their arty can be effective over most if the map from there, south spawns H8/H9 ridge can kind of shoot to the north ... kind of. Weren't they going to fix the H3 ridge blasting the bridge by putting up a mountain and what happened to the paths down from the bridge they were going to put in. They talked all about that several months ago and then went totally silent.
If you remove the easy dmg due to Manticore's initial spotting in the first 2 mins of the game (7k) as the Southern team was trying to cross the open field, the first game was actually an HP loss for the Northern team (up just +5.6k HP at the end of the game).
Back before the wheeled vehicles came into existence you could mountain goat up the big mountain next to north spawn and spot from the top of that 😂 i also believe you could climb the big mountain next to South spawn back in the old days
It's not the map, it's the players. There is this mindset in WOT's that this is how you play the game and this is how you play each particular map. If players don't play that way they get all kinds of flack from the other players that they are not playing properly. So for this particular map and this video you will see a tank that is actually doing something unusual, He is trying to be a static spotter. Most games you see these little go-kart tanks that are running around like they're crazy trying to spot. New players see those and that's the way they play too. WOT's Likes this, shorter games mean players play more games and spend more to play , ultimately more money in their WOT's pocket. It would be really interesting if some of these game proponents actually take the time to try to educate players on the fact that there are many different ways that you can win a game in WOT. Unfortunately very few if none of them are doing that, I wonder why?
NEW concept Klaus: broadcast old games versus new games on 1 map. Make some great and funny comparons of how it is now and back in the days with older tanks like VK28 running with E100's. Just an idea....
Mountain Pass needs some Mountain roads. All Mountain maps needs Mountain roads. Just like Lighthouse has vinding roads up on top for spotting and shooting so should Mountain Pass have a killer view. Half the map is inaccessible. Large blocks of buildings should also have corridors ind the courtyards. Saw an S-tank crawl up to the ridge on F8 once. Great view. Lots of tagets. His team was muppits though.

SMDH...the biggest muppet was the Type5 heavy who raged & only got top xp for damage assist due to the AMX M4 54 shooting from the hill top and getting top dmg & kills. Too many players think you need to be next to them getting rekt to be effective. As the saying goes...misery loves company.
I stopped playing a year ago because I got fed up with the ongoing and ever increasing WG BS. I still love your vids though, you always make me laugh. And every time I watch I remember why I quit. 😂
I have spent hours in that litle bush in the first battle in this video, but if i had over 2K spotting i would do a litle dance. Done that with ELC even 90, Type 64, T100LT. All with a lot off skills and good equipment. Doesn't make any difference. Apparently WG keeps putting me in teams that can't aim or shoot.
it's not worth playing now unless you have a manticore, is it? the gun is op for a start and the speed is like warp 10 so no chance of playing any of your old favorites your always out-spotted and out gunned.

There was a time, long ago, when WG made an effort to try to improve map design and withdraw maps that the Russian playerbase didn't like and replace them with ones the Russian playerbase didn't like. WG decided to give up on map design. Yes, there was a bit of tweaking here and there, removing bushes, altering the terrain a bit. It is clear the current developers, who probably have their time taken up running "cheating" companies don't have the vision the original developers had and consign themselves to introduce overpowered tanks into the game instead. To use the term "strategy" and "tactics" is insulting! It is a free for all where those who can shoot straight will prevail on the day, RNG permitting.
I just want to mention in that type 5 heavy game basically his whole team died to 2-3 enemy tanks on the left flank LMFAO. Nvm you said it right after i typed this lol Thats basically 90% of my games. But everyone will scream skill issue or how my experience is auch a small sample size it must not be real 😂😂😂
Power creep pushes WG to buff tanks, but when it leads to map shrinkage they do little to nothing, Yet map shrinkage is both completely rational and foreseeable.

The unbalanced maps are just to controle through their algorhytms who must win or loose. That's the way wg brings players from F2Play-Pay to a Prey2Win and definitly to their Pay2Win.
Really dislike this map as a light. It is just dumb. Why do we need a 10x10 map where about 50 tiles aren't playable? Like literally? You spot the middle. And apart from that... you simply wait around until you maybe spot the campers or do some corridor based flanking maneuvers without cover. No fun, at all. Himmelsdorf is more fun in a light than this.
This game has never been "balanced" . The amount of game rigging and RNG makes this game a total joke , I am amazed players are now paying 9 bucks a month for such a pathetic BS game.
Ordinary promotion from WOT tips !! (Haha 3-4000 Damage) you don't get 1/4th of what you see here in real game!!! These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more... wt.
