The most delicious plum cake ever. This is an incredibly fragrant and juicy pie with a huge amount of plums. Try to cook such a cake, it's a real pleasure. The dough is sandy and very soft. When baking, plums release a lot of juice, which turns into a thick caramel when cooled thanks to powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Form diameter 22 cm
Flour - 160 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 40 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 70 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Plum - 600 g
Corn starch - 1 tbsp.
Powdered sugar - 40 g
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
To make plum pie:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Add oil and grind into crumbs. Add egg and knead soft dough.
3. Line the form with parchment. Lay out the dough, forming the sides.
4. Put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
5. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
6. Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon.
7. Get the form with the dough out of the refrigerator. Sprinkle the dough with starch.
8. Lay out the plums. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the plums with powdered cinnamon sugar.
9. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
10. When baking, there will be a lot of juice from the plums, but the starch will thicken it. So don't worry. Let the cake cool completely and you can take it out of the mold.
