This recipe Poppy seed rolls/strudel is from my grandmother who is Hungarian. The strudel is very simple, I didn't add lemon peel or sweet raisins to the cake, because my grandmother never put them. The cake is so delicious that it melts in your mouth

IT IS NECESSARY TO PREPARE THIS STRUDL
FOR THE DOUGH
- 500 GR OF SOFT FLOUR
- 1 EGG
- 200 GR OF MELTED MARGARINE OR BUTTER
- 150 ML MILK
- 1 VANILLA SUGAR
- GRANTED LEMON COVER
- 50 GR SUGAR
- YEAST CUBE 30 GR
- VERY LITTLE SALT
FOR FIL
- 200 GR SUGAR
- 400 GR GROUND POPPY
- GRANTED LEMON COVER
- 1 VANILLA SUGAR
- 300ML MILK
- COMBINE IT ALL AND COOK FOR ABOUT 5 TO 10 MINUTES
Bake the strudel at 180 C for about 40 minute
