The white dish is Boondi Raita made from yoghurt and boondi. Boondi is made from chickpeas flour. Raita can made made as per your choice. With Boondi, with raw vegetables like tomatoes and cumcumber, onion, with cooked veggies like potatoes, with fruits like pineapple, etc.

24:34 Yay! Finally Kay did it😊! If you have tried paan in varanasi , the leaf is maghai variety of paan which is very tender and melt in mouth immediately. Stuffed kulcha parantha is the speciality of Amritsar. Did you guys try amritsari fish tikka? For Gogo North is heaven😊

What you guys had was a tandoori roti or bread, since its made from wheat flour and without butter it's usually dry. But since indians usually scoop gravies with the torn bread it balances out, but still you guys did a great job learning the ropes of eating Indian food, since it's quite different from what you have usually 😊
12:46 That's Boondi Raita. Raita can be of various types, depending upto what's mixed with curd. Here its boondi...that small balls of cheakpea flour. It's meant to cool down your stomach if food is spicy 😅 Btw I am surprised you liked paan 🙈 It has a very acquired taste... which may not be liked by new people trying it forst time.
After having such heavy food, pan is a digestive. If gogo was an indian Muslim he would have really relished the paan, because majority of muslims are pan eaters. As Amritsar is a food place veg and non veg, there are so many dogs around.
It was backpackers nest highly recommended about 5/10 min walk to Golden temple as well and also outside the partition museum. Very basic cheap and clean
