Shadab is definitely serves one of the best Hyderabadi Biryani, much much better than Paradise. Also the yoghurt is called Raitha & is eaten along with the rice to help cut down on the spice.

Since you are in Hyderabad I suggest you should try the Paradise mutton Biryani too. In my opinion Paradise Biryani is something you should not miss. What you tried today is not actually Biryani as mutton and rice have not been cooked together. This is like eating Mutton curry and rice. In real Biryani cooked mutton and rice are layered and steamed togerher. That is Paradise Biryani.

I love hyderabadi biryani but it's not street food

You should always pack some egg sandwiches from your hotel to eat on the plane, that will be cheaper than eating on the airport which is expensive.

I m from delhi but i would like to recommend you to visit Rajasthan all big city's jaipur puskar udaipur nath dwara near udaipur ,kumbhalgarh fort which has second largest fort wall after wall of china , jodhpur, also visit jaisalmair open air tent stay for one night there they held local folk dance and food during night , then go for tannot mata temple from sam dunes jaisalmer that route has incredible sand dunes.

Rice is basmati rice. You mix gravy with rice chutney and have food it is so tasty

No time difference any where in India, it is called INDIAN STANDARD TIME like you have the GST in UK.

Try Sahi chicken biriyani or Afghani biriyani, they are creamy and not spicey. You will gonna love them. They are very popular in India. And Lemon is supposed to be squeezed on Biriyani or curry, not on onion. It helps in reducing the spice level and nake food more Flavourful. And mix the raita (White yougarti curry) with biriyani it makes it creamy 😊

Gogo’s face when he tasted the raita😂… a hugely significant amount of people think Hyderabadi biryani the best, but a lot of people are huge fans of Lucknowi biriyani too. It was my first experience of a truly authentic biryani. As someone who travels as a foreigner a lot in India Ive started to learn a thing or two about Indians. I went to a restaurant in Lucknow and told them I’d just come from Hyderabad (I lied) where they’d said the worlds best biryani is. As planned, this was taken as a challenge & I got sat down and treated to a huge amount of solid proof of the awesomeness of Lucknowi biryani. Then I *actually* went to Hyderabad for real. Walked into a restaurant and said “I’ve just come from Lucknow, where they said….” 😃. Worked a treat it did. Try Bengali/Kolkata style. They put a potato in it. I saw two drunk men having a proper argument about that.

If you can't eat the whole thing ask them to pack the remaining thet will do it ❤

You don't need to leave biryani like that, Gogo, as the server will happily pack the left over, which you can take to hotel where you stay and eat in the night.

Personally I still prefer the Lucknow Biryani

not sure if that's lentil, i think that's the gravy that goes with the biryani (the orangey/brown colored dish), along with raita (the curd dish, to cool things down). But all good. There are 30 types of biryani. You will have to try each regions Biryani 😋. Like Kerala has one that's pretty awesome as well. Rated pretty high. You should also check out ,Mysore palace, Bangalore palace and try mysore pak.

The one person biryani is for people like Gogo😂, who love food. Chai is just an add on like desert, I personally prefer chass if raita (the yogurt one) is not sufficient. Gogo is eating like Indians, but he needs bite and chew the food else he will have big belly like Indians 😂 It was possible for you to take the remaining as take out.

Unfortunately, I stopped eating meat except eggs when I place myself or another human in the place of that dying animal who wants to live .. when I can't imagine what they are going through.💔 They are equal children of this mother Goddess divine🤱💞 Fortunately Plant diet is healthier, lasting and satisfying to me at anyway ♥️ Eventually will need to find replacements for "eggs for breakfast" and "fish cravings" 😭😵‍💫

When u are eating Biriyani the Next time, and if its spicy, U Get yogurt ,its Called Raita There will be onions,cucumber Coriander leaves, have your Biriyani with Yogurt kay, & Since Biryani is very rich, After eating, eat sweet paan Its good for Digestion Guy's In india we hate wasting food I follow the same rule,if go Out with friends to a restuarant I tell my eat belly full, take how Much u can eat,if still hungry take a 2nd Serving. So u dont Waste and the remaining,tell The parcel the leftovers that Is left,not the already eaten Food, kay when u come out If u see any Poor person give The Parcel to them, for them Eating something nice, would Be like party, kay my policy, I order a fresh parcel of what Ever leftover we eat,so that The poor person must not Think I'm giving leftovers. Kay People who can afford To waste food, it wont be a Great deal,I always feel privileged that i eat well, Sleep on a cosy mattress I think of those who don't Have food, i seen in Israel Where the war is on ,the Poor Palestine kids are Starving,without food, water, They stand in huge lines to Get water and something to Eat.shivering in the Cold are Innocent kids.
