I have never seen any mechanic or workshop doing this type of work. I am 100% sure these are mechanic own car so they are doing each and every thing properly.
It's takes a very special person to purchase (be gifted?) a truck such as this and commit to that level of energy, time and expense. I am in no way that person..

j'en vois plusieurs voiture rénover et restaurer alors que moi j'en ai aucune même en économisant , un jour quelqu'un a voulu me vendre une "seat ibiza" de l'année 96 a qui je lui est proposé un prix il a donc suggérer le double de ce que je lui est proposé , je crois que j'aurai du ne rien proposé donc ...etc
