That looked so good simple and tasty food can’t beat it as for bubble n squeak well was a staple part of my diet as a kid mum wouldn’t waste anything us kids of the sixties had the best grub going I reckon. Nice one DJ.

there was a time if you couldn't go to the London Palladium you can watch it on TV atv 1955-1974, 2015-2017. for a lot of people that TV show the high point of their week. this video was very educational as I saw the blue plaque on 8 Argyle Street that said Washington Irving lived there. on TV in Canada in the 1970s there was the Red Fisher show where Red talks with guest in the studio then he would show us a Super 8 film of him and his guest fishing and him and his guest would do an in Studio narration of it. your voice over eating the pie and mash reminded me of that. I like your meal as you got lots of gravy. Darren John I wish you three beans.

I used to be a glorified film extra and it was tradition to grab the naughty business cards along oxford street in the phone boxes on my way to Victoria coach station , the cards ended up decorating the inside roof of my mates work shop in the Southwest.

Can’t beat an good sausage and mash

Gonna start this comment with the Gaff's name, Mother Mash. Superb name for a start, and being a real Sausage Monger this was sausage gold for me. A three way sausage fest marrooned on an allotment of bubble 'n ' sqeek smothered in a dark oak coloured gravy is food from the Gods. Its setting in the heart of the streets of london gives it another dimension when visiting all the sights. We all know by now Darren has a sweet tooth, but by dropping those cubes of sugar and the pouring of the milk was stirring stuff and truly a warming moment. But showing his true worth didnt let his big pal the Mac Master down with a pot of mushy peas , but the caralamised onions won the day. all in all a select video capturing all the DJ traits we have come to know and love.. Regards Big Cee ( on the hunt for some cumberland in the heart of Issan Thailand )...
