It's a lot of fun to use, and can be quite powerful. Sonicware also seems pretty devoted to releasing frequent firmware updates, it's already gotten a lot better since it first came out!
I'm still missing something what is the difference between scene bar length vs repeat? 10 bar x1 or 1 bar x 10? They seem to be playing all the tracks below the same way.
@@FreeBeat It's one way to free up tracks when you (usually) only have 8 to work with. Make your beat on several tracks, resample/render and dump back in on one track. Then use the effects lanes to spice it up a bit.
@@FreeBeat I do it on the mc 707 too.. Dump out short sections and then put them into a rhythm track with chokes. That way you can select what to filter or run through effects and set up a knob per type. Filter for all/some of the drum tracks and a reverb/echo for melodic stuff while leaving bass sounds dry (as an example). You can set up entire songs just in one rhythm track that way.
