He hit the bottom of your gun mantlet which has alot less armour and almost any hit there kills all 3 crew in the turret. You were pretty much aiming the shell on the turret wedges so that’s why it didn’t pen in the protection analysis. That spot is like the drivers hatch on the t80’s its almost always a 1 hit kill unless you hit your shell in the 2 pixels that doesn’t spall for some reason

Its so anoying shooting t-80 ammo and nothing happens

with gaijin having been called out before for not having spalding on russian tanks when you hit them and being proven they didnt code it in, im not surprised a russian round can pen something that says its not possible at this point
