That's a lot of works to put every details in one video, you might want to separate it into several videos so you could gain more money from it but overall that was insane amount of work. A very nice special engine rebuild video to watch, mad respect!

It is only worth it if you want this exact bike over any other. I love making these supermotos custom setup the way I want. This build cost $11,000 usd not including labor, so it isn't cheap but it will be raffled to recover the cost. I will definitely be doing it again!

Damn. This is so dope. Wish we had some professionals like you here in my country nepal. But unfortunately there are none. A country where most people ride dirt bikes because of the road conditions. But i believe we don't even have most of those equipment for these things. The price is very high because of taxes (200%) so we can't even import most things. Hope the future generations won't have to experience these things.

The powdercoat setup is about $800-1000 including a sandblaster, powder coat gun and oven and powders

You can get a cheap powder coating kit on amazon for around $200-$300. I got one to powder coat parts on my bike and it works pretty good. Though you still need to get a powder coating oven. You can get the ovens for cheap at princess auto.

I remember when Yamaha was testing the 450F. Jeff Emigg i can't remember the spelling Jeremy McGrath he was riding for Suzuki. I was at Atlanta Supercross. I some how got hooked up with McGrath went through the pits with him. He was really cool. Jeff Emmig sounded like he was racing a Harley Davidson everybody was racing two strokes except Yamaha. I was really impressed watching now everything is 4 stroke. I cant remember the year. It was just way cool to see how four stroke was way behind. Emig took it on the chin going forward. Oh yeah I remember the race was Atlanta and Jeremy McGrath got his tail pipe smashed closed on I think the 3rd lap. Jeremy was just a really d own to earth guy.

You have my dads spirit, he is the only one I have ever saw clean every part and restore everything even down to the bolts. He was an amazing mechanic and super humble. You would never know he had this type of ability looking at him. Your video, made me think about my dad the whole time I watched this...thank you for taking the time to record everything you did in such detail. Restoring your radiator and straightening out each vent...was so Warry...rest in peace pops, you were amazing person to watch working.

Hell yeh man! Building the bike takes a long time but to film every step took 4x as long! Worth it in the end tho

Ouch! I seen the left knee brace. I had some of those over the years after getting a new all a few times. Did you know in about 30 or 40 years you'll tear up your good leg compensating for loss in u our good. Prepare now brother. You we ill be glad you did. P as in meds made me feel like supe r man. I never once abused them either. Its been do long I dont know what pain free feels like. I just thought of that. I tell you what I had a really really great time also. We opulent to a few any of it for nuttn.. g

I hate those steel zip ties, my advice is to go spend a little more and buy the steel hose clamps. They are reusable, easy to remove, last longer, and you can easily make them very tight on the pipe.
