Another Amazing Winter Swell at Sunset Cliffs - January 25th, 2023 #surf #waves #surfing
4-6' Waves for surfers today with blue sky's. Couldn't ask for anything better. The swell was outstanding for the bunch of surfers getting in and out of the water. Hopefully I got a couple of you!

Needs a (much) lower tide. There's a reason why the quality of surfing is so low in this vid - those that know are at a snappy beach break in the area , waiting for said tide.

The standard of surfing shown in this vid is basically 1970 surfing quality, like, no progress made with those surfers out there on the standard of surfing criteria.

@@colebaumann9850 Cole, read it again, your English is subpar and your interpretation abilities are pitiful. I gave an honest appraisal, and no where near as harsh as Derek Hynd is known to do. Go work on your surfing. I'm busy working making a living, I'm not a pro surfer like you. But, doesn't look you've progressed much since the 70's or whenever you started. I wasn't surfing in the 1970's. I'm familiar with the archival footage for reference, hence my honest reasonable comment. Seems you don't like to read criticique, but, you like to give critique. Oh my.
