Although I don't eat pork, I really appreciate that you work so clean with your food. The equipment you use is also very clean. All the food looks delicious. The variety is large to pick from. I made pork belly last month for a family get together and did the burnt ends method. Everyone loved it, but later I was shown a video similar to the first part so I made it that way for Thanksgiving. Wow was it good, a nice crispy skin kinda like eating crispy boneless pork ribs.

Wow! I tried making crispy pork belly once and it just didn’t go well. It’s hard to find places in the states on the west coast that make it. Maybe I should go into business because I could make a killing!
