there are so many simple errors in the process in each tip; Gluing before drilling, imprecise marking up, sawing freehand, drilling through something that's moving as you go, driving screws into end-on grain without using pilot holes... Some may say they're not important, but it's those details that ensure a job will last.

1) просто приклеить наждачную бумагу к бруску; 2) роликовые зажимы ещё в советской школе использовали на классной доске - крепили листы (тетрадные, альбомные, ватман); да и остальное не удивительно...

I use double-sided tape. If I have a big job I use my thingy that you get to hold plaster on. I hot glue gun my piece to that, glue a long piece of sandpiper to a long board and using the handle on the wooden plaster thing I sand backwards and forwards in long sweeps.

To think that amateur DIYers are going to follow these suggestions. Among everything else, the drywall "repair" is completely senseless. Two or three time proven methods are far better than what's shown. And btw - if you don't tape, you WILL have cracks in the shape of the hole.

Take a breath, it’s ok. I wear gloves every day for almost 8 hours using all sorts of rotating tools. Putting your hands in the way…survival of the fittest I guess. 😂
