Thanks for your videos, the content is awesome! I am a bit confused on my next step. I purchased a large quantity of items from a liquidation wholesaler and the item brand is registered and even has other items on amazon that are from the same brand. This exact item however is not on amazon. There is a 10-digit barcode which I am GUESSING is a FNSKU barcode on the packaging but i have had no luck finding it anywhere to confirm. What is my next step? Seller University has not been helpful for my next move. Do I have to request a selling application to sell this item? Do I have to purchase a UPC barcode? DO I put the brand name on the UPC code from GS1, even though it is not my brand? is there something else I am to do? I understand the shipping plan process and the steps to come afterwards, I just dont know which direction to go from here. TIA!!

You will need to ask for an approval to sell this product on Amazon, and then you should be able to list it using the FNSKU code

Air will be expensive unless its for samples or really light weight and small items. Sea is more economical!

Thanks for the content. i am going to get the JS tools. But I want to learn a bit first. Can you please explain how FBA is good while there are 2-3 shipping costs? One from the manufacturer to me, one from me to Amazon, and then Amazon to ship to the customer. Am I missing something?

One of the benefits is that Amazon handles shipping. Manually packaging and shipping out orders each day is a very time-consuming and tedious process. Yes, you'll need codes for any item, including handmade items - it's used to sort and make sure items are organised :)

If it's your first time, then an Amazon sourcing agent may guide you and take on some duties like negotiations and choosing the right supplier. But remember, when you start to scale up, you have to have relationships with factories. Also, you still need to oversee the whole process just to make sure that everything is fair and correct.

Sure, you can also ask someone you trust to receive the post card for you or use a mail forwarding service, as there are a number of mail forwarding services that will allow you to receive mail in the states even if you don't live there. 😊

Great content, quick question, Many people talks about rising shipping fees from China to UK or US. If someone sells products made in the UK rather than china, UK also has amazon fulfilment. Then shipping cost wouldn't matter much right?

Yes, you ill be charged a fee however if you don't sell anything in the first 3 months you can get a refund or downgrade till you start selling
