I also work in retail business I tried working on Amazon but their response to seller loss for the damaged product is very bad

In the late nineties and early 2000 year period when I use to read about projected or anticipated sells business figures of E-commerce in billions , I use to think that these are highly exaggerated figures because India is not internet or tech savvy. Now I realise how wrong I was. The mammoth size of India's e-commerce business that it has reached now is unbelievable.

This is a very good conversation theoretically but when you start selling and wait for payments, Amazon will show you its real FACE. There are many Indian small businesses who lost their hard earned capital after selling on Amazon. Amazon bothers about its commission, not about the benefits of sellers.

Amazon and flipkart both should provide a filter as to filter MADE IN INDIA goods. Myntra provides such filter and i like that filter.

The delivery boys at time of such festival are over worked and sometimes dont deliver or even attempt to and give some false reason like customer refused delivery. The end delivery is still their weakest link . I once received empty ladoo box ( haldiram -all 8 ladoos gone ) But till date customer-care , returns and refunds is pretty good . That is why I am still a Prime Member and still ordering.
