Nice, I think Amazon Prime is a game changer, I personally can't wait 3-4 days for a shipment and Prime next day shipping service is something I love. As soon as you said FBA will make you eligible for Prime and conversation rate is 74% then yeah I must go FBA option, I would love to know that my customers are going to get their purchases next day.

Hi, can you please clarify few aspects If i deliver the items to FBA by myself (different type of items in 1 box), do i need to pack each item for delivery to client directly before sending them to FBA. I saw some videos on amazon website suggesting that. I am confused between choosing FBA or Easy Ship. Can't easily find packages for Easy Ship and costs are pretty high. For this reason i am thinking to switch to fba but is not clear who is doing the packing, if it 's included in fba fees or not. Other outside channels suggests that they are paid separately which means will add to the cost. On the other hand , if fba requires you to pack the items before sending them to amazon warehouse then will still have the same problem, finding packaging and the cost of it. There will be no benefit of choosing fba, other than prime shipping. Unfortunately the information on AMZ website is not clear and straight forward and not enough (especially for UAE). And there's no direct contact numbers for beginners to use, so we need to rely on RU-vid videos I wanna make a comparison cost wise Easy Ship vs FBA (if send to Amazon by myself), your answer will be appreciated. You can contact amazon directly through your amazon seller central in the help section and you can even request a call. Yes the products need to be delivered the way the product should be delivered to the client. They do not package it or do anything else other than pick it and pack it in an outside box

hi Maam krystel good day! thanks for the info. i would just like to ask for FBM - we are the one packing but for shipment does amazon come to pick up the items and how much they will charged? and for the packing do we have certain standards like boxes etc. if so where can we avail the packaging materials? as FBM we will be charge only by referral fee so i think for beginner specially with less product it will be better to start up as FBM then opt to FBA after once business started to grow.

Hello there I have a question i listed items and order came but there was no option for amazon pickup .back to back 2 order came and i ship it through third party courier, which cost thrice of my product price(loss) and when third order came there was easy ship where amazon guy came to collect. For me easy ship is best way to get profit not self ship, can you advise how can I set up only easy ship? Thx in advance Appreciate for answer

Thanks for the distinct comparison, very helpful. However, I have concern regarding the shipping fee. In FBM (easy ship), Amazon charge a lot for shipping. Is shipping not paid by seller in FBA? As a seller, will I be paying only FBA and storage fee on my items? Please reply as I am unable to find clarity on this anywhere.
If shipping is not charged on FBA, I feel FBA will eventually be more cheaper than FBM and the competition on selling will be easier as we don't have to include 10 AED shipping fee when advertising product on Amazon
When you sell a products in Amazon you have to pay referral fees. If you use FBA then you have to pay FBA fees as well as monthly storage fees. If you use FBM then you have to prep the order but customers will pay for the shipping

Agree we pay FBA as well as storage fee in FBA, but in FBM Amazon charge lot more than what we take from customer (easy ship fee starts from 13.65 AED, goes over 20 AED for standard shipping). Moreover, due to shipping cost on customer, sales chances reduce drastically as individuals prefer free shipping.
Yes, absolutely. You can change but of course if you have products in the warehouse already then this will be a challenge because if you want to remove them then there is a process and a fee to do so.

Hey i have a auto spare parts shop ( i sell in retail ) with a small warehouse where i store my products and its already packed by manufacturer but i have a very small team with 2 employee working in the shop to help the customers and get order and one delievery guy delivers the product from warehouse to customer . But i lately wanted to add my products into amazon also so do u suggest fba or fbm i can handle the amazon part 😀
Depending on the size of the products and the time you have. Large products will cost a lot to get them fulfilled by Amazon but smaller products that are fast moving and you know sell quickly - those are the best to send to FBA

Hello Anu. You need to schedule the pick up - if you have no option of scheduling the pick up then the issue is that you choose self ship which means you are responsible to send the order and not Amazon. So check your shipping settings and also reach out to Amazon Seller Support so they can guide you
If we are using FBM and once we receive order and we make it ready, how do we send it to customer? by a courier company or someone from amazon will come and pick from us?/
