Amazon has announced 2 new leadership principles just days before Jeff Bezos steps down as CEO. “Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer” and “Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility” are the two leadership principles that the company announced on July 1st 2021. Is this a sign of a new era of Amazon with Jeff Bezos stepping down and Andy Jassy stepping up?
