Yes.. u r right. I observed that as well when I was trying purchase a TV from amazon. Now I am checking at offline stores. They didn't even send authorized persons to install. previously they sent some third part installation person. Amazon also looses its trust... I was also purchased lot's of gadgets previously but from past 3-4 months. I didn't even a purchase a single production from both websites if product is non-returnable/replacement by brand.

But non returnable product is refundable if you send the picture as proof and explain the issue to the customer care they refund the amount without even any returns. Its not just the quality products but the trust they build through customer service is commendable from Amazon. They cant afford to loose that trust for some bucks.

And the second one you said is a variation process when the product is the same but has a diff version or upgradation vendors or sellers use variation themes when variation created both the ASINs(products) reviews will sync with each other and it appears in both the product s..In this scenario, by mistakenly wrong products are in variation if someone notices these kind of products pls complain against them Absolutely Amazon will take action against them👍

Good one bro. Found another one recently. Amazon is supporting fake sellers. Proof at the end. I bought an inverter with battery 2 days ago. Seller calls me and tries to sell me some other model because what I have ordered is not in stock. I have used instant SBI discount for 1250. It’s not returnable and not cancellable. The seller asks for user id and password. When I refused, he forced me to cancel the order and I can’t. Of late Amazon can’t be called for this type of orders. So, I have to chat and request for a callback. After explaining, the customer service guys agrees to cancel and says it’s done. When you hang up and check, the status says ‘A problem occurred’ the details say the shipment is dispatched and in the next line it says returned to seller with same timestamp. The explanation says if I don’t get it in 3 days come back to Amazon. Then I checked seller reviews. There is a review for this guy which was struck with an Amazon review saying “The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller”. Seller is Smile - Box. I bought because, I thought it genuine because it’s only one review. Then I started searching again. Then came across another seller “InfiniaRetail⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐” There are tons of reviews like that. I had to buy one immediately, so I have asked the customer service to send an email that the order is cancelled. Which I got after fighting for almost half hour. Search for luminous inverter and battery, you will see these sellers.

not only that Amazon change the seller and send cheap product for example Seller A has good rating but his product cost is 1000 rupees at same time there is seller B who didn't even shown in amazon list but he sells at 750 only now when you order a product from Seller A and pay 1000 rupees now Amazon take that money and send you product from other seller who sell the product at 750 rupees you will only know seller changed in hard copy invoice, because in Order details they will show seller as Seller A but in Hard copy invoice they will name Seller B If we call Amazon and ask the same they simply reply both are amazon fulfilled so no problem

I found out this fraud long time back, there are many sellers doing this and looks like amazon is not aware of this fraud, they need to have an audit done on sellers and take action.
