Trying to figure out why mine won't lock. When I try to turn the lock knob it doesn't rotate left or right. I am able to use the keypad but the knob doesn't turn clockwise or counter?
This has been very helpful up to a few spots. I cannot for the life of me get the top shelf in even at an angle & I don’t know where those side panels go. You just skipped that step & went right to the batteries??
@@DIYOnTheHouse yep, just took a little finagling but I eventually got it to snap down in there. Really nice safe for the price point! & won’t be a bear to move if ever need be like the giant fireproof safes would be.
I see that all of the other comments turned out good, I bought a Kaer PL80172 I had no trouble putting it together, but when it come time to program It thats is where the trouble started I truned the combonation lock it opened but now it will not lock back for nothing blue light comes on from there nothing could it be I have a bad combo lock? Did it the same way you do it.Can you help me out?
That is the two that are the most confusing especially because of the black. The back I believe inserts into the side. I think I made mention to it in the video.
@@DIYOnTheHouseH i kind of figured that out watching Your video but i asked anyways. in case You ever built one like mine. its ok. i am guessing my back and side racks could be upside down if there is any correct orientation that i know of anyways for them. Thank You
