'Amber Heard Has Excellent Grounds to Appeal,' Heard's Attorney Says 

She lied under oath, fabricated evidence, photos and videos. Committed perjury. She really doesn't deserve to appeal

The reason she lost wasn't because "there wasn't enough evidence". She lost because the evidence proved she lied.

We've all seen Elaine using unethical tactics during the court case, but all this appearing on TV rubbishing the jury and the judge a day after the verdict is just unbelievable. She is rapidly losing any sympathy people had for her.

An attorney must NEVER undermine the legal system in this way. They are officers of the court, and trashing a jury and accusing them of watching social media is appalling.

She needs to stop this is sickening. She lost. And that's that.

She accused a guy of wanting “15 min. of fame and yet she’s doing a media tour after getting straight up outclassed by another legal team. This is so Embarrassing and pathetic !

The fact she lied for 6 years about giving away her divorce settlement to charity is despicable and I hope the High Court in London throw out the 2020 verdict and have her charged with perjury.

In 8 years being a lawyer, this is the first time I’ve seen a collegue offending and doubting the oaths of a jury. This is truly disrespectful to all parties, be it DV victims or workers in the law.

When are people going to get it?? The UK trial was Johnny suing The Sun newspaper where they called him a wifebeater. He was NOT suing Amber.

I'm so glad the Jury is now free to look at all the clips taken from this case that demonstrates the absurdity of Amber Heard, her legal team and her witnesses. The jury must be laughing themselves to sleep looking at everything but also proud that they made the right decision

I love how the whole trial she said she wanted to move on and for Johnny to leave her alone now she’s going to appeal and keep dragging this out. I think this is going to cost her more in legal fees than it’s worth.

That’s why nobody believes her. If she was constantly recording and taking pictures, why none of those alleged actions were evidenced? Elaine was disrespectful to the court. Judge Azcarate gave Elaine latitude given her poor trial performance. Yet despite this kindness Elaine is now implying the judge denied evidence to be admitted.

What happened to “I just want to put all this behind me and get on with my life”? You don’t have to be perfect but it hurts your case when you get caught lying. When you seek a TRO and then you break it twice? It seems as though you were lying when you obtained the order. When you claim “that you love Johnny and could never hurt him” and there’s a audio of you admitting that you hit him it’s proof you’ve lied. When the jury hears you lie once they tend not to believe anything else you have to say. When you publicly claimed you’ve donated $7 million to charity and it turns out no actually you haven’t you’ve been caught in a lie again every time you lie the jury tends to disbelieve any other things you say. When you claim you believe you had your nose broken TWICE but didn’t seek treatment it seems that you’ve lied yet again- especially when your face is your living. So true victims of DV/IPV with evidence have nothing to fear. Those who don’t have evidence and think that lying is a way to improve your position in a divorce or divorce settlement you need to rethink your plan.

The photo of the spilled wine on the floor really killed her case. Her entire legal team prepped her and practice things to say and that showed. When her team questioned her on that exact photo she had a ENTIRE STORY. BUT when Johnny legal team questioned her about that same photo amber didn't have a clue what the photo was. She didn't remember her story about it. That is what killed her case. And it's sad and pathetic. She did this to herself. And honestly a appeal will be a total joke. It's rather odd that after a court unequivocally finds that one has has defamed (lied about) someone that you can to all intents just continue repeating those lies publicly. You would have though some kind of restraining order (a STFU order) would accompany the verdict/judgement. In some countries defamation can be prosecuted in the criminal courts, I occasionally wonder if that isn't a bad idea.

In our country, one of the prerequisites before asking for an appeal is to pay the stated damages of the recent trial through a bond. As I was informed, this is to remove the doubt that the payor is only filing for an appeal because they are unable to pay the damages. Is this not the same in the state of Virginia? Because Elaine blatantly informed the public that Amber is incapable of paying for the damages.

If I had been on that jury, I would be pretty livid with Elaine. She straight up accused the jury of violating their instructions to not talk to anyone, including each other, and not to do any research, etc. while they were out of the courtroom.
