But Depp's team did manage to get Jennifer Howell to testify for him in a video deposition, where Howell spoke of a letter she sent Whitney who was still her good friend at the time.. to please do the right thing and stop lying for her sister.

All in all, it certainly seems like she is lying. The "video evidence" at 5:00 was of very poor quality, and could have easily been faked. There is also a recording where she admits to "throwing pots and pans" at Johnny, which she conveniently never mentions in the court cases. Her eyes are constantly moving around, and she pauses or rants while answering simple yes/no questions. (Furthermore, at the end of the case, after she won over 7 million USD as settlement, she claimed that she would donate it, further solidifying that she was the victim in the minds of everyone watching, and distracting people from the judge's poor decision. But more on that later.) All of the aforementioned actions are tactics to avoid questions and exploit poorly worded questions. There are numerous books and talks by FBI linguistic experts that highlight how these methods and how they are used in questioning. I really think they need to include her in those books. She is a textbook case of how to tell if someone is lying. Also, she has a personal makeup artist who claimed that she saw "no cuts or bruises" on Amber's face, just a few days after an "incident", but covered up bruises later the same year. Said stylist changes her claims midway through her testimony, going from "She is lying, there were no bruises or cuts" to "I had to conceal them with makeup and lipstick". So one of these statements is a clear lie. Also a DEFINITELY UNRELATED side note: Half of the settlement of the case that she said she would "donate" (upwards of 7 million USD) went missing later, and never made it to the charity where she claimed she had donated it. DEFINITELY NOT RELATED WHAT-SO-EVER. I know that the queen turd herself will more than likely never see this, but I have a question for you, Amber Heard. Where did that money go?
