The amount of people that have said that my dad is a wonderful person and that my mum must have done something to make him mad. No, he always physically, sexually, emotionally, psychologically and financially abused her. He was nasty, a bully, he even beat her while pregnant. Forced her into drinking so he could force her to have sex with him, made her believe that she was an alcoholic. He was a nasty alcoholic druggy. Yet no one believes her. She also has a court hearing about their divorce and she isn’t confident at all, because he always comes out on top. Lack of confidence doesn’t mean someone is lying, it means that they know they aren’t going to be believed because they are scared of their abuser, and their abuser always wins.

The reason she was able to was because she was professional, confident, she didn't belittle Amber, she didn't lie. Meanwhile Johnny's side could have destroyed her with the audio recording of her being in complete hysterics and apologizing after crushing his finger, saying "I didn't mean to" and the like. It somehow couldn't be amitted as an evidence, but it's still available for the whole world to hear online. And yet she's here stating SHE would have won with more evidence? Lol please

From what I understand (so take it with a grain of salt), she is not in handcuffs because a lot of this stuff needs to go through the proper channels first. Perjury and the other crimes related to the court would need the judge to go after them for that. When it comes to assault, maiming and aggravated defamation, JD would need to make another lawsuit, for which it is highly likely too late since things like this can only be brought to court for about 7 years (not sure of the exact time) after the crime. And I am not sure about freezing her assets.
