She lied about TMZ, lied about OP ED, lied about Warner Bros and the decision to replace her, lied about pictures and messages, lied about the Kate Moss accident, lied about donation money, appeared in a video admitting to beating Johnny, she should be prosecuted for perjury Besides losing that case.

Let's not forget that she NEVER GAVE HER PHONE RECORDS UP TO THE COURT LIKE HE DID. WHO HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE

This is beyond awful. It sounds like a gossipy chit chat rant in the supermarket car park by someone who just watched it, not a lawyer’s closing statement. Appalling

Elaine’s closing argument was a mess. Poor jury. It was like getting directions from one end of the country to the other by someone on speed.

Every time I try to go back into this trial with an open mind, my neutrality is quickly extinguished. Camille's closing statement was ordered, logical, backed-up by evidence. Elaine's is all over the place, far too rhetorical, clumsy and downright lazy. To be fair to her, it can't be easy to come up with a coherent closing statement for such a shambolic case, but still. The contrast between the two teams speaks for itself.

This gave me PTSD, Elaine was all over the place and kept misstating the evidence. At the end I was yelling STOP THIS NOISE POLLUTION.

Isn't Elaine's closing argument hearsay? She's regurgitating AHs version of events with ZERO evidence to back it up.

Rottenborn literally showed a text to the jury TODAY where Johnny takes responsibility when talking to her dad...& he sat on the stand repeatedly taking responsibility over and over again.. It's like her attorneys want the jury to forget everything they've seen & heard w/ their own eyes & ears over the last 6 weeks. 🙄 Also, I love how Amber has her "I'm an innocent victim" face back on. That itself shows that the false info she wrote cost him his career. It’s that simple. I don’t get the feeling he will lose. Many people are saying it’s not easy to win a defamation case. But defamation literally means you frame someone with false info and ruin their career. That’s EXACTLY what Amber did to Johnny. It’s already been proven he’s innocent.

Elaine and Rottenborn changed their entire trial defense strategy in closing arguments, by making this a "1st Amendment free speech issue". You are NOT allowed to do this--especially because it was not argued during the trial itself. It is a horrible argument anyway, as evidenced by the fact that defamation exists...which was the entire basis of this trial. I am SHOCKED Johnny's lawyers did not object to this...so that their objection was recorded for appeal, if necessary. One of many, many things they missed during this trial. They did much better than Amber's lawyers...but by no means a flawless job. Elaine misrepresented not only the law itself, but the actual testimony of witnesses in the trial. She tried to create a new narrative. The 1st Amendment issue was one example. Problem is, Amber went from: 1) I did not write the op-ed....to 2) I wrote it, but it was not about Johnny.....to 3) It was not JUST about Johnny......to 4) He said I was lying, so I wrote it the op-ed about him to defend myself..... That is the typical rationale path of a liar, when they get caught lying or they are called out.

Yesterday, Judge gave them instruction on how today should go and she stated them that, Nothing apart form the things which are present in the evidence should be mentioned and Elaine again mentioned tabloid which were not present in the evidence. They cant follow simple instructions. Even you can see Camille reacting to this and directing her eyes to judge Like "Seriously"

Just watched Camille Vasquez full 40+ minutes ending statement with no issues. It made sense and she made countless valid points and had the evidence. Started watching this video and stopped it at 6 minutes... I literally can't.
