So, as an attorney who has experienced a lot various situation including lies and deception I'm shocked that an abuse victim not only refused to distance herself from the said abuser but moved close friends and family next door to the abuser. The blatant hypocrisy is frightening. He's been abused physically, mentally and financially.

I would not have been trying to help my sister and her husband stay together if he was beating her up and tearing up houses like a lunatic. If I saw him drop her by the head and smack her repeatedly in front of me, I would have called the cops and not have said “I still love my brother in law” at that point. I don’t believe for one second that Johnny hit Amber’s sister. More often than not if someone is an abuser, they stick with that one person they are abusing, they don’t want it to be made known so they don’t go around just hitting anyone that’s in their way.

You can tell Amber’s sister knows how nice Johnny was but at this point she has to defend her sister and her lies, unfortunately. The text she sent Johnny clearly tells you how annoying she sees her sister. Not that i agree with what she says, however, it tells you something about Amber, which in a sense shows you that her sister is the wrongful one. No way in hell would a sister encourage her sister’s husband to hit her, unless she knew her sister and what she’s constantly doing and what she’s capable of. Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. A lady I worked with in a company felt sympathy for this guy who just started working there. He just got out of jail for domestic abuse against his girlfriend. I didn’t understand why she felt bad for him being so useless, her cousin who worked there too also seemed to always try to help him out. One day I asked her why she feels sorry for a asshole who hits women. She said “ we grew up in a family where men always hit the women so i guess we are used to it” this really blew my mind, because I thought it would be the opposite. I’m 100% on johnnys side, just wanted to say that it’s normal for people who grew up with violence to think violence is normal or acceptable.

I have to keep reminding myself that even if he doesn’t win this trial, we all know he’s innocent. I can’t believe all of these people lying under oath.

None of the psychology of this makes sense. I don’t think Johnny ever abused her. I think he defended himself, and in defending himself (pulling her off him, etc…) she sometimes got bruised. Also, I believe she staged her wounds the way she staged those photos. I think this was an attempt to ruin and rob him because he wanted a divorce.

This whole case makes me sad. Both Amber and Johnny were abused children. Look at where they are now. I hope for healing and peace for both.

JD was probably coached to be respectful and call her Ms Heard. She doesn't show classic signs of an abuse victim. It is very strange and unrealistic the way she is acting towards Johnny. I hope the jury is picking up on this and comes up with the obvious verdict.
