This video shows how to pack one of the heaviest Ambrogio robots to ship it without the factory box and styrofoam. A heavy-duty box, bubble wrap with large-sized bubbles, packing tape and packing peanuts are required.
One of the most important things is to get a box that is large enough on all six sides to hold the robot after it is wrapped in a cocoon of bubble wrap. Then make sure the robot cannot move around in the box by adding enough packing peanuts to keep the cocoon from shifting. No matter how the shipper handles the box, the robot will be protected.
