@HopeandFaithHomesread, that's my plan for this 1989 Ford E350 Retired Box Type Ambulance that I am hoping to purchase in the next few months. I want to convert it into a Tiny Home for myself, and my Cat. Between all of the outside compartments, and inside cabinets, I should have plenty of storage space, and the existing bench seat can, and will be retrofitted into a functioning double bed. I already have a 4000 watt generator for my electrical needs to get started, but my goal is to also have portable folding solar panels to charge a set of 12 volt deep cycle Marine batteries to power my 2000 watt power inverter. That inverter will provide power to my microwave, hot air fryer, and fridge. I have a small Little Buddy Propane heater that I will use for heat during the colder months.
Where did you find your folding 100 watt, and 300 watt Solar Panels ? I am hoping to purchase a 1989 Ford E350 Box Type Retired Ambulance soon, and make a tiny home out of it. I want solar, but don't want the permanent roof mounted solar panels that require holes being drilled into the roof, causing the possibility of leakage.
