these are the kind of driving skills any emergency worker would dream to have. excellent job mate. please upload Some more!!!! there very use full for someone who wants to become a police officer like myself! knowing how and when to change siren tone. turn them off at red lights in sticky situations.

Great video and use of the sirens :) it's a shame about some plonkers not moving out of the way quickly enough. I think there should be an advert on TV that run's a lot telling people how to react to approaching emergency vehicles and make the point clear that them being selfish will potentially cost someone's life and it should be simple for all nationalities to understand.
unfortunately a lot of Bus lanes have cameras ,thats why people are reluctant and if you get a ticket, moving out of the way for an emergency vehicle is not grounds for an appeal, which imho is so very wrong, very wrong indeed

One thing I would never do is go in a bus lane to give way to an ambulance. IF the bus lane camera saw the ambulance then they MIGHT be kind to me, but it's doubtful. The people issuing the tickets NEVER see anything of benefit to their victims. This ambulance had no problem using the bus lane and I have no doubt they got let off.
I hope those who pulled into the bus lane didn’t get a ticket. I only recently learnt that if the bus lane is active, even if you are pulling over for an emergency vehicle, you get a ticket if you go in it.
Thats why you should stay where you are and let the blue light vehicles go in there, they have steady burns (a blue light thats doesn’t flash) so they can prove they are on blue light run, I do think the whole blue light law/exemptions need to be re-looked at as there are so many situations that need covering. for example, just pulling forward of a red light to Let emergency vehicle through. my personal opinion, they should come under Samaritans act as your assisting the safe passage of emergency vehicle.
