Haha these are mostly Northern NJ... I recognize a lot of the place these ambulances are driving by. Edit: YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. NOW ITS EAST GRANADA BLVD IN ORMOND BEACH FLORIDA... I RECOGNIZE THAT INTERSECTION AS WELL.
Demonracer2 Also were do you record? Clifton? You always get Clifton. Edit: Lol just relized what the "C" stands for in CFD. But how do you get all this footage? I have a handful of questions. Why do CFD rescue have FT sirens when they are ambulance not fire? Why does that one clip its FD and they gave red and blues? Why do the ambulances have a siren were it acts like there are 2 Ambulances? I'll edit more tommorow waiting 4 any answer. I understand if you don't have time. Just for when you do.
@@TyronePenguin The FT siren is called the Federal Signal EQ2B, its a common siren used on both Ambulances and Fire Trucks. It varies depending on state laws but there are few states where having Red and Blue lights is required on all emergency vehicles, New Jersey being one of them. The ambulance has whats called a duel tone siren, it is used often to better grab the attention of drivers on the road.
Those people are out on the highways and streets and intersections to save lives of the people in the need for a medical center ride change the comment
So many of these videos about "American" first respondents always representing only New York City and New Jersey first respondents? You know New Jersey and New York City are renowned across the entire country as being brash and overly self-centered right. How a populous responds to a siren is completely different depending on where you are in the USA.
you have to make it there to make a difference, if you drive reckless and get into an accident you're not going anywhere. No sense in putting more lives in danger.
Demonracer2 partially that, and drivers just don’t know how to move out of the god damn way, ambulance driver gets up to speed then some dickhead, non driving son of bitch gets in the way Ambulance can’t stop in time and crashes. Car driver said it was the ambulances fault
I run EMS in South Jersey and we're not supposed to go lights and sirens for 90% of calls. No reason to fly down the road for "abdominal pain" or someone who's been sick for 2 weeks. Where I'm at there's probably a 2-3 minute difference between going lights and no lights. It's safer with no lights. 🙂
Amanda Jensen Back in the dark ages when I was running it was amazing the number of working codes that were dispatched as "injuries from a fall"; yeah, they fell because they coded.
