It’s wonderful how easily she is comfortable and transparent because he makes her feel safe enough to do that.

Link is just about the only man on this show who isn't toxic in any way. Amelia would have NEVER been able to have this convo with Owen. She has come so far and she deserves this life because she never thought she deserved it before. Now she has it and it freaks her out. But she's not the best character in this universe for nothing.

I think it’s really good that she feels comfortable telling him and it’s good that she lets him know instead of keeping it away from him and he’s so supportive that’s why I love them together

An addict sharing their worries of relapse is a comfortable addict. When an addict shuts about their worries of relapse, that’s usually when it happens. Bravo Amelia.

I just really hope they don’t have Amelia relapse which leads to Link turning to Jo which leads to the predictable and overused “longtime besties turned lovers” storyline. Amelia and Link are such a perfect couple and it’s because they are also imperfect but in an adorable and real way that the fans really connect with. Amelia’s relapse storyline on Private Practice was VERY dark, emotionally exhausting but also came full circle and after the horrific trauma she endured as a result of her own actions, it would be infuriating to see her go right back down that road. Link and Amelia are the best couple on Grey’s Anatomy right now. So PLEASE do not mess that up and suddenly have Jo and Link pining for each other. The only time that successfully worked was April and Jackson until the writers decided that Sarah Drew wasn’t worth the money to keep her on because apparently “her story was finished.”

Derek would've loved him for his sister mark would've loved him. Link is such a great guy and a friend to the family and the hospital

Jo needs to move from that house, its full of memories with Alex. It's going to be great to her if she moves as soon the pandemic is over

the most adult, responsible, understanding and comfortable relationship to have exist on Grey's anatomy.

I love how healthy this relationship is. I love the communication, and I love the honesty. I love how real these two feel together.

i was SO proud of her in this moment. An addict will go and do drugs and not tell someone they are thinking about it. The fact that she has grown so much and link has provided her with this safe space that she felt she can tell him instead of just going and doing it, is such growth.

Amelia has grown so much, I love this more mature person she’s become. Link just compliments her growth, I love her life rn 😭✌️

I’m glad she told him the truth. The writers better not make her relapse again. The Private Practice storyline was dark and emotionally-exhausting. We don’t want that again.

I look forward to the episodes where we get to see why she’s good for him. So far I really only see ways he’s good for her.

Can I just say... I like the fact that they make Amelia look like a legit exhausted mom. Her scenes at home all look like she hasn’t had time to wash her hair and I am here for it!!! 🤣

I hope they show Amelia attending some NA meetings - she should be able to share her struggles with people who are going through the same thing

I think this is a really good way to bring back Addison in order to help Amelia with her addiction. Just like she did in Private Practice, but at least now she will help her before using.

Yeah, that's the reality of former drug users: they still have those thoughts of using. The best way to combat those thoughts are to share them. I'm glad she found someone she can finally admit those thoughts too.

The way they film Grey's Anatomy has been so different the past 2 seasons. The HD quality and focus on the characters faces. It's so different and clear...like you are right in front of them.

Amelia represents what so many people are going through . find someone you can be brutally honest with . A few days ago I told my husband that I do think about drinking again he had no clue an thought I was doing well I said it happens from time to time I just thought I'd let you know so you knew...I've been 2yrs an 3mths sober from drinking an painkillers it's an on going battle but once you have a supportive partner talk let them know ..

Doesn’t want to get married. Unsure about it….has a baby with each. I’m sorry a baby is more of a commitment than marriage. You can get divorced. Admitting this to Link was a BIG mistake. If they ever break up and there is a custody battle he will use that against her. Sharing too much can be a bad thing.

I pray to God that Owen doesn’t worm his way into Amelias life again just so he can satisfy his paternalistic needs.
