i'm italian, i love geography and i can name every single country on the world map, but i have to correct your last sentence. there are lots of ignorant people here in europe too, if i go to a random person in my classroom and ask where czeck republic or even poland are they probably wouldn't know (of course they wouldn't make mistakes like saying that the panama canal is in the country of "europe" or mistake the canadian flag with the turkish one, that's common sense, but i hardly doubt that they could name at least 4 countries in europe except the easy ones like spain, france or uk)

Why do I, as a physician need to know the capitol of urugay. Some of these are faked as well. Some videos the person will ask the questions, the American will guess right most of the time, then once they have all the questions they'll mix up the clips so it looks like the person is answering the questions incorrectly and is dumber then they actually are. Not saying this one is 100% fake though.

I think the problem some of them couldn't name Mexico is that a lot of people think Central-America is a seperate continent and isn't part of North-America.
