Former judge and prosecutor Kevin Ross adjudicates real cases, in which he tries to show litigants alternative ways of dealing with their issues and make them consider the consequences of their actions.
In the first case if he would have stolen something from the home he would have been liable for it. in the same way he stole the electricity when he turned up thermostat when he was told not to.
The first plaintiff should just concentrate on her own child's well-being. The defendant had options of where he could shelter; if his own parents don't want him, that's his problem.
Why is the mother complaining now, when the situation was her fault, if his parents didn’t want him why would she let him live with her daughter, and I know she didn’t think they were not sleeping in the same bed when she went to sleep.
Judge I love you but the law sucks in this case. The defendant Daniel Harvey is so lame, highschool sweetheart and leave her just like that. He is completely immature, irrisponsible, has no regard for anything, he does not know what to do with his life. He is a scam artist. He on purpose when told not to do so, he raised the utilities bill very high knowing that he did not pay rent and was there due to the good heart of the mother. So judge you are saying that when a mother supports her children and the companions of ther children, should have a contract? But there is an unwritten contract, respect the rules or pay and leave. Expose the defendant Daniel Harvey so that everyone knows who he is as he will always be a problem to society. His family, relatives and friends should be ashamed of him and kick him out.
