Charlie about to get rich and go on oprah off this. Except he doesnt want anyone to know his identity so hes gonna make oprah blur his face and voice for the whole interview
I lived near the worst corner in East Oakland, 98th and Edes. I noticed CharlieBo only drove through West Oakland, though. While West Oakland is the roughest looking part of the city, East Oakland is the most crime-ridden.
Rockstar Games ruined GTA 5, every online session is filled with flying Oppressor rocket bikes, there's the Orbital Cannon, the fake Stunt Racing, alien outfits... Every DLC made it worse & more like a fake Saints Row.
Gary, Indiana is one of the saddest, most hopeless cities I've ever seen. It looks like a city from Fallout and everyone who lives there has pretty much given up. My grandmother has lived there since the 1960's and refuses to move. We fly there once a year to visit her and stay for about a week. If it wasn't for the fact that Chicago was so close we would've stopped going years ago.
It's astonishing that over half of the cities on this list have have both an NFL and NBA team each bringing in hundreds of millions every year. #America
Don't worry. They haven't figured out yet that less than 1% of them actually have to be paid a lot in order to keep the remaining 99% of them 'dreaming' they can become a pro baller etc. The newest pipe dream is the rapper thing.
@@fromsuncity1 Oh boy, wait until you see Charlie visit the republican shithole of Jacksonville ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ThkP3X1TriU.html
It's nothing like the burbs, but it certainly looked better than most of the other neighborhoods. The buildings all appeared to be occupied, not abandoned, boarded up, and falling down.
As an African who watches alot of American tv i am shocked. When I hear of Atlanta, Georgia I imagine all houses look like Nene Leakes and Porsha Williams mansions.
Brooklyn looked amazing! A bit scrappy but charming and breaming with character. I would live there based on this vid, of the other cities were depressing trash though.
Back in May of 1991 while in college I was working a delivery truck for a animal feed supplier. We had to make deliveries to the NYPD horse divisions. As we were coming home, about 2pm in the afternoon we drove through Harlem into Washington heights. I was shocked at how many young ghettos were hanging out on the street in groups just drinking. The driver, a pretty cool cat said to me look at America’s future. 30 years later it’s gotten way way worse. When I took a job as a teacher in the inner city schools of NYC I saw on a regular basis pregnant 12, 13 and 14 girls. Not just a few, quite a lot. I just began thinking it’s really over isn’t it.
can confirm. been lived in north Philly for 4 years and saw the same picture these clips paint every day just worse. No love or hope in that part of the city. this may sound twisted but after moving away Im kinda thankful for the paranoia it gives you. turns into street smarts.
Some of these places like Miami and LA had areas where designers literally planned this bs while making the neighborhoods, but in places like Chicago and Detroit a lot of these hoods used to be some of the most sought after nicest neighborhoods in the country
YOOOO I actually checked to see where NLE was from and when I saw he is actually from Memphis I was like Yup that’s him for sure! Crazy this dude randomly filmed them! Minute 7:13 to be exact.
Kelly Edey well people don’t rely on government where I’m from! They just take what they’re owed for helping build this whole shit on they backs! lol and I feel bad for all horrible counties with horrible leaders that are not for humanity and equality for all! 👍🏼
@Sow dude is obviously privileged and lives a different life from the people who he decided to speak on and have an opinion on! He never been know where near a city like Camden, and if so, it was probably in and out! But I’m sure people have no idea about the harsh realities and the designs that oppress these areas and the people that live in them! They couldn’t walk a mile in these peoples shoes! People should just enjoy they nice life and keep quiet if they not gonna say something that makes sense.. peace my boy! ✊🏼💯
Yeah I always feel bad for those kids. They can't help growing up in that environment. But still, I'm glad they are alive despite living in that situation. They could have just as easily been aborted. They have a chance.

Love seeing the unique architectural in many of the neighborhoods. Some narrative on the history of the neighborhoods would really bring it up a notch. I grew up in Detroit an recognized many of the homes as Detroit style homes
That's St John's Ave during the winter. Not that bad. But he could have went to Brownsville or East NY and definitely seen more. Props to the video poster for driving through all these cities though. I'd never go
@@jasoncantrall6446 acting like this dude stared down grave deathly harm to film this is something that would be said by someone whose only experience with black people is watching cops.
Holy hell, most of these places gives you a good idea of what a zombie apocalypse would look like, thank you for the videos Charlie, stay safe man, greetings from Canada.
I'm from Birmingham al and we dont have a pro NFL team and bham is still in the top 10 most dangerous cities in the us. 205 all day biiiitch birmingham northside
What's really sad is that in some of the older cities like Philly, Camden, NOLA and Brooklyn, you can tell those apartments and rowhouses used to be nice at some point in their history
Every building decays and was once "nice"... Every city in America has to demolish old buildings and rebuild them for the city to continue to look fresh.
I wonder why that woman was crying so hard in New Orleans...that broke my heart 💔 I've been to all of these cities except Los Angeles. Very well made documentary. You did a really great job 👍I'm right outside of Bmore.
As someone thats done Lyft in Baltimore I was all like "Wait for it, wait for it." Theres so much more he could have shown here. Looks like he only did rt40 in SW Baltimore and Pigtown. Left a lot on the table.
It's all by design. The aid is only so they can buy allies or put in front charity Organizations that help destabilize nations so they can take resources and install cooperative governments. They also use their charity Organizations to depopulate countries with their vaccines sneaking sterilization agents into them. They want us to die off while they conquer the world it's sad check my playlists if you want to see the truth/proof
The nice cars are the men that come there to er...’help’ some poor single Mom or they belong to a person that actually works enough to not be able to escape the hood, but can at least run errands comfortably
Lived in Philly my whole life in those very blocks very accurate. So glad I was able to get out🙏🏼 many for some reason it’s very hard to leave it’s like it’s own world
Big World Productions At least when you live in the hood in Brooklyn, you can hop on the train and be somewhere better in no time. In a lot of these other cities, you're isolated and if you have no car, you're stuck! I've lived in the hood in Brooklyn and it's paradise compared to some other cities!
Exactly our houses and Brownstones are worth millions and billions.... people dream of living here (not saying it is not overcrowded, amongst other things) Brooklyn should not be on this list. Go inside those brownstones in Brooklyn. Show that. Smh.
Skid Row is very small and not nearly as bad as some places in South Central. used to ride my bike through skid row a few times a week. could barely even skate in south central
If these black kids were more interested in getting an education and making something then they could get out with the opportunities they have. The parents are to blame. No father. No kid in Baltimore can do math or read. But they are all going to be rap stars or play in the NBA. And somehow this is all my fault. They like it there, let them have at it.
There's literally a curfew mandated by the mayor as we speak to try and curb the violence. No one under 18 allowed out past a certain time. There are multiple shootings nightly. Crazy shit. Don't underestimate jacktown. I'm from Mississippi. Live about 12 mi from Jackson. There's places down in there no one with a sane mind will go even in broad daylight. I've been in a few of them and never wish to go back.
I'm from Gary, IN. Born and raised. Not there any more as a lot of people with means have left. I was like #20? Whoa. Scary Gary is pretty bad, especially around Marshalltown, Aetna, or the Delaney projects. I have Baltimore as #1. I'm going to finish watching the video.
Good number of family & friends of mine live in Gary.... I originally was surprised it was #20 and not lower, but then I remember my last visit and saw most of the real rundown areas were demolished.... It kinda reminds me of Flint...
CharlieBo going international! Lots of people watching from all over the globe. So don't be surprised to see the funky lookin' comment, lol:). Shout out to the ordinary people of America from Russia! We ain't all hackers:))
Все понятно! Но почему у них машины чистые? У них вроде и лужи есть и земля тоже, а где грязь непонятно! Может земля матушка к таким не прилипает, боится!😂
I already knew Philly was gonna be number one. I been all over just like Charlie, and Philly sadly takes the cake by landslides. I love my city, but damn it’s just way too different here.
@@whiterose6186 yeah it can be if you ain't built for it. If you ain't ready for what "could" happen at all times, you will end up on the news. All you have to do when you go to the hood is be aware of your surroundings, and stay ready so you dont have to get ready. If you know what I mean. 😊👍🏾
This is why work so hard and do my best to gain wisdom and knowledge so that I never ever have to end up in any of these hoods. I grew up in it. It’s not fun
We as a people need to start to invest in our own .clean up our neighborhood instead of waiting on the government..this is so heart breaking..btw im from the D and its getting worse
@@marquettecharles9692 thats just an excuse...there are people who can help with minor things like trash bags ...brooms ...rakes...power tools you have a whole neighborhood everybody had something even poor people
After seeing this I have a much deeper appreciation for where I was raised and lived. When u know the backstory of how these cities became so impoverished it should make us all angry and have compassion for the people stuck there. Especially Gary and Detroit.
You can get your new pair of shoes, you can pay your cellphone..but you can't take pride in your own yard/house. You can wash your car almost everyday to impress people. But you can't get rid of that 30 year old couch sitting on the side of your house.....
I'm sure a great percentage are depressed dealing with trauma and ptsd, along with destabilizing issues of the home. That can affect focus and the time you have. Why care about something like that when it feels like the world is against you.
Just because there's a car parked outside somewhere... doesn't mean the person - you think - that lives in the building - you might think - is a house owns it? is that such a killer concept?
yeah but canada are right winged unsocialist government, it wouldnt be allowed, canada just runs areas down then sell to hong kong investers, and throw away the lower class to out posts so they cant be seen
@@johnmolloy3516 I agree with you on "Hong Kong investors" if you mean, people that owns majority of condominium units in Toronto, i cant say for the rest of Canada tho. Yes, a lot of condominium owners are people from China/Hong kong also some from India. The way you wrote your comment its like you are making people from Hong Kong the BAD GUY even tho its not their fault. Blame it on the government for allowing international "investors" to buy property in Canada. Plus, 99.9% of BUILDERS in Toronto are ownes by a bunch of white people/ Italians but i dont hear anything from you with regards to that.
@@FroZiroo u think banks in hong kong only lend to asians, the corrupt finance dept of canada is pushing these low interest loans from these banks, and pushing the rental prices through the roof and making it hard for locals to even think of buying
Yea but if you lived in St. Louis it’s 1 billion percent worst in the north side people shoot every day but Chicago is very dangerous but in south side north is more safer but the east side also is dangerous
It looks nice, but don’t get caught walking at night or even down some side streets during the day. A lot of Cali hoods can be deceiving. City pays a lot to cover up neighborhoods.
Yea im from California and that neighborhood doesn't look that bad... even the cars are missing which people are at work. But like the other comment said you don't want to be caught walking around at night in any neighborhood in LA, especially a female.... you'll get snatched up and wake up in TJ. Im guessing he's turning into the next neighborhood, which could be the total opposite.
Eschaton Zenith When I couldn’t sleep, my dad would take me out for a drive. Hearing the car sounds is calming. So not dumb lmao check out my channel though love
@@mklinger23 the badlands ain’t that bad. Everybody that gets shot knows who shot them and why. Mind your business and keep to yourself and you’ll be fine in Kensington. Only real violence there is the stray bullets and the crazies, and they’re in every city.
I delivered medical equipment in North/West/South Philly, Camden and Trenton for over 11 years. there were definitely days I thought id get shot or robbed. Saw SO much fucked up shit go down. Do not miss living and working in those areas.
There are a lot families living on the poverty line here in the UK but at least the local council and government maintain a certain standard of living with social housing etc. It would seem a lot of people are left behind in the US with very little support offered.
@@deetz_exe3506 People dont understand *East Cleveland* is a whole other city than Cleveland and therefore the east side of Cleveland. Yes, EC (East Cleveland) is dead because theyre extremely poor, but its still active. Hayden, coit, nell, shaw , carlyon . But the east side of Cleveland is not dead. Only in the winter. Like NOW is the perfect time to do this video. From like May to September Cleveland got good weather so you see a lot of people. Especially now that the covid thing is almost over
What’s wild to me is depending on how you move you can go to some of these cities and never see these parts. They are so isolated. Some of these are progressive cities with thriving economies.
Tru dat. I wouldn't support this shit. The photographer won't even SAY a damn thing. Nothing about the plight of the people in these areas. Morons watching think whole cities are lije tge worst areas. It's like he's showing zoo pics. And ignorant people watching have no empathy at all.
